Selection
It all starts with the online application, with a few simple photos taken against a plain background. The agency will then get back to you to arrange an introductory meeting.

At the agency we also take a photo and a short introduction video, which we then use to put your child forward to clients.
Casting
At Pepperkids we bring out the best in girls, boys and teenagers and put them forward for projects in fashion, advertising, film and television.
How we work: our main job is to put our talent forward to clients (production companies, brands, advertising agencies and casting directors) based on the specific requests we receive: age ranges, heights, physical features and particular skills.
The first selection
It is made directly by the client, from the composite card and the introduction video we send.
Castings
Today in-person castings are very rare. In most cases clients make their selection entirely online, from photos and videos.
What the videos need
It can be a simple introduction video, an audition or a short self-made scene for a commercial. No film production needed: spontaneity, simplicity and a good video, even one shot on a smartphone, are enough.

How old does my child need to be?
The agency accepts applications from 1 month to 20+ years old.
How do I apply?
Right here on the website: press the red “Apply” button at the top right of every page (on your phone too; on the home page it is below the title) and fill in the form.

We don’t consider applications sent to other addresses or on social media.
What kind of children are you looking for?
Blond with blue eyes, red-haired with freckles, dark-haired with dark eyes. But also funny, cheeky little faces and outgoing, chatty personalities.
Every child has their own features, their own beauty, their own uniqueness.
How does a children’s fashion and advertising agency work?
Every day clients ask us to put children forward. Depending on the job, the age and the profile they need, we propose the children we represent.
The client chooses who they want to see at the casting, and then we contact you with all the details.
Do I need a portfolio or professional photos?
For the youngest, photos taken by the parents are enough, with updated photos sent every month.
From the age of 5, professional photos are especially welcome and recommended.
How much do children earn?
There is no fixed rate. Fees depend on each job, and we always tell you before sending your child to a set.
What kind of work do you do?
Mostly fashion and advertising, with requests from TV and film too.
How do I cancel the registration?
Just email info@pepperkids.it asking to cancel.
